Lori A. Carter, MBA, CFEI
As a child, Lori was told by her father that she shouldn't be concerned about having eggs in a basket; but to make sure that she CREATED a basket for the eggs. At that time, she didn't quite understand the metaphor of what her dad was telling her. But as life would have it, she would eventually see what her father's wisdom met. Her father later lost his job due to a company closing, and shortly after that, her mother became ill and was later diagnosed with scleroderma. Life changed for their family in so many ways.
Entrepreneurship became the opportunity for her father to support his family. Thus, Lori became intrigued with business development and all the facets that went into it to become successful. Even though she's pursued a career in urban planning in local government for over 35 years, she could never get away from making sure she created a basket of her own. But the vision for her endeavor would have to create an opportunity for others to realize their dreams.
Lori's vision encompasses helping individuals who wish to start or expand their business model. SFS, LLC experience in fund development helps organizations acquire the necessary resources to win effectively.

Lori is a national speaker, trainer, and seminar leader who has equipped thousands to MAKE EVERYDAY COUNT.
