Booking Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Full payment or any required deposit is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

Confirmation Policy
You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is successfully booked, along with any relevant details and reminders.

Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after that window may be non-refundable, depending on the service booked.

No-Show Policy
Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to honor other scheduled appointments. Excessive lateness may require rescheduling.

Refund Policy
Due to the time, preparation, and strategic nature of services, completed sessions are non-refundable. Missed appointments and late cancellations are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Virtual Session Policy
For virtual appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the meeting link before the session begins.

Preparation Policy
To make the most of your session, please complete any requested intake forms and submit any necessary information before your appointment. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the session.

Professional Boundaries
Appointments are reserved for the specific service booked. Additional consulting, strategy, or review outside the scope of the scheduled session may require a separate booking.

Follow-Up Policy
Any included follow-up support will be provided as outlined in the specific service description. Ongoing support outside of that scope may require an additional service or subscription.
